Cancellation policy

Subscription Billing

Certain products and services may be offered as recurring subscription purchase options.

By selecting a subscription option, you authorize RoboMaintain to charge your payment method automatically at the selected billing interval (monthly, quarterly, or annually) until canceled.

Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period.


How to Cancel

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by:

• Logging into your customer account and managing your subscription
• Contacting us at support@robomaintain.com before your next billing date

Cancellation must be requested prior to the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.


No Partial Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.


Blade Auto-Ship Orders

If you cancel after a shipment has been processed:

• That shipment will still be delivered
• Future renewals will be stopped

Orders already processed or shipped cannot be reversed.


Annual Service / Protection Plans

If an annual service plan has been used or scheduled, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund for that billing cycle.

Plans may be canceled before renewal to prevent future charges.


Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails:

• We may retry the payment method on file
• Access to subscription benefits may be paused until payment is resolved


Modification of Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or benefits with reasonable notice prior to renewal.
