We ship robotic lawn mowers anywhere within the United States.

Professional installation services are available only in Western New York.

Robotic mowers ship via insured ground freight or carrier service depending on weight and destination.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

High-value orders may require:

• Signature upon delivery
• Address verification
• Direct communication prior to shipment

We reserve the right to delay shipment if fraud protection flags require additional verification.

If your product arrives damaged:

• Do not discard packaging
• Take photos immediately
• Contact us within 48 hours

We will coordinate resolution with the carrier.
