Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at RoboMaintain.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Timeframe

You may return most new, unused items purchased through our online shop within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The 30-day period starts from the date the item is delivered to you.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.
     
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

Items that show signs of use, missing parts, or damage not caused by shipping may be denied a return or subject to a restocking fee.

3. What Cannot Be Returned

Certain products may be final sale or non-returnable, such as:

  • Clearance or deeply discounted items (unless defective)
     
  • Digital products (if applicable)
     
  • Special-order products that are made or programmed for a specific customer
     

Final sale items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Email us at support@robomaintain.com with your order number and reason for return.
     
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
     
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
     

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. pinnaclecart.com

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@robomaintain.com first. Exchanges depend on available inventory.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at support@robomaintain.com with photos of the damage and your order number.
     
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund. Shopify
     

8. International Returns (If Applicable)

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties or taxes. Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item. pinnaclecart.com
